O DISK 25 mm — Replaceable Abrasive Files with Soft Backing

O DISK 25 mm replaceable abrasive files with a soft foam backing are designed for professional pedicure treatments and use with a 25 mm diameter disc. The flexible cushioning layer reduces pressure on the skin of the foot, providing greater comfort during the treatment while allowing for precise and controlled work.

The soft backing helps the file adapt more effectively to the treated surface while maintaining the required level of precision. The files effectively remove callused and rough skin and are ideal for treating larger areas of the foot. When used correctly, they do not cause excessive heating of the treated surface.

The strong self-adhesive layer ensures secure and stable attachment to the metal disc during the treatment. The material is resistant to contact with water, so prior application of keratolytics, softening oils or other pedicure products does not affect the performance of the file.

The files are available in three grit options, allowing the appropriate abrasive level to be selected according to the condition of the skin and the stage of the treatment:

A. 120 grit — intensive treatment
A coarser abrasive designed for removing heavily callused and very rough skin. Suitable for the initial treatment of more demanding areas, as well as superficial cracks and uneven areas of callused skin.

B. 180 grit — standard treatment
A versatile grit designed for general treatment of moderately rough skin on the feet. It effectively smooths rough areas and prepares the skin for the final stage of the treatment.

C. 240 grit — smoothing and polishing
A finer abrasive designed for final smoothing and polishing of the skin after removing callused areas. It helps achieve a more even and smooth skin surface.

Each file is designed for single use, helping to maintain an appropriate level of hygiene during professional pedicure treatments.
